Hello! I'm Beckie and I'd like to welcome you to The Direct Discussion!

I'm a twenty-four year old film studies graduate from Liverpool. I'm a self-confessed Harry Styles fangirl who loves literature, Animal Crossing and lasagne.

Here you'll find a little bit of everything, from my favourite films and book reviews, to where I've been travelling and what I'm wearing. I love music too so make sure to look out for my monthly music recommendations and old school playlists (I'm a big fan of the 70s).

I'll be using The Direct Discussion to showcase my writing, almost as a portfolio or collection of my work. My absolute dream is to become a film critic / journalist and perhaps have my own podcast or radio show. 

I aim to put a lot of time into The Direct Discussion and appreciate yours. I really hope you like what I have to say and would always love to hear from you!
